Bringing yoga into your workplace or office supports employees and colleagues in their wellbeing, giving them the tools to reduce stress and feel good physically and mentally whilst at work.

Workplace / Corporate Yoga Options

  • Yoga Flow

    A 45-60 minute yoga flow session consisting of relaxation at the beginning and end, calming breathwork and short meditation as as well as floor based and standing movement and yoga poses. The session will focus on releasing stress and tension, re-energising the body and mind and is suitable for complete beginners or those with experience.

    *Requires adequate floor space which we will discuss

  • Seated Yoga

    Ideal for office workers, this 45-60 minute session requires little to no floor space and supports those employees that spend most of the day seated in moving their body to release tightness, tension and stress. You will learn stretches, movement and poses that can be practised daily to undo some of the negative effects of sitting and screen work. Includes guided meditation and breathwork to focus the mind and relieve fatigue.

  • Mindfulness & Breathwork

    Help your colleagues be more present, more focused, and less overwhelmed with thoughts with this 30-45 minute session dedicated to learning how to be more mindful with breathing techniques and meditation. Works best seated and ideal as a series of sessions to enable employees to get to grips with meditation. Mindful meditation is proven to improve concentration, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, help manage pain and much more.
