Got some questions about booking a class?
Check out the FAQs below or contact me

  • If you’re a beginner or have perhaps tried yoga a few times before, you are absolutely welcome in any of my classes! I give clear instructions, demonstrate movement and poses to help guide beginners and the pace is steady so everyone can keep up. Equally if you’ve practised yoga for a while or even years, come and give the classes a go - I offer lots of choices and options for a bit more challenge if you want it.

  • Ideally you will need your own yoga mat. If you need to borrow one in class please let me know beforehand so I can bring one for you. It is nice to have your own mat for hygiene purposes. They can be picked up quite cheaply in lots of big stores now - please ensure your mat is non-slip.

Sometimes we practise poses down in a kneeling position, so if you get sore knees when kneeling down you might like to bring flat pillow, a blanket or a foam knee pad.

You’re welcome to bring a blanket and pillow to class to aid your comfort and relaxation.

I supply blocks, bolsters, straps and eye pillows but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

For Rest and Relax Yoga and Well Woman Yoga classes I ask everyone to bring a blanket and a pillow to practise restorative yoga where we need to get super comfy!

Finally, a cold drink is always a good idea to help you stay hydrated.

  • I try to ensure yoga is accessible for everyone. If you have a medical condition, mobility issue, health concern or have recently had a baby or surgery/hospital procedure, I advise you to contact me before you book a class so we can have a chat.

Most classes require some element of getting up and down from the floor/mat.

I am qualified in Chair Yoga and offer a seated yoga class for those who feel safer or more comfortable on a chair. I can also accommodate students with mobility issues who might prefer to use a chair in my other classes either to help with balance, aid the transition from floor to standing, or to avoid the floor altogether.

We can work together to make yoga accessible for you.

  • My classes range in price from £8 to £10.50.

All my classes have different price points based on the length of the class, the space available, the venue hire cost and the maximum number of students I can have in each class.

My daytime classes offer a monthly booking option where you can save a few pounds a month and guarantee your space.

My Wednesday and Saturday students can buy a four class pass to use at either class within 50 days.

Please click through to my booking system to see the price for each individual class including monthly and drop in price options where applicable.

  • All classes and events of any sort are non refundable unless I am unable to teach the class, at which time students who have booked in will be offered an alternative class date or be issued a refund.

  • All venues have onsite parking except for No. 13 Market Place Shepshed (Tuesday class) which is in the town centre. There is a free unlimited car park on Britannia Street which is a four minute walk from the venue. There is also some parking on nearby residential roads.

“If you’ve been thinking about yoga for a while and you’re not sure or are a bit nervous, I assure you, you’ll be hooked after one of Emma’s classes.”

Andrea G.

“Emma’s yoga classes are fantastic. She always offers different levels for each pose/exercise… The meditation part is always so restful and relaxing.”

My yoga classes and events are held in various local community venues in the Coalville, Whitwick, Heather, Hugglescote and Shepshed (Charnwood, Loughborough) area. Each venue offers a warm, safe space to get to grips with your yoga practice. Find the address details and Google Maps links to each venue below for your convenience. Please note, all venues have onsite parking except for Market Place Shepshed - please park on Britannia Street which is a 4 minute walk to the venue.
