Feel good and improve your wellbeing

Yoga helps give you space and time out of your hectic life, to simply BE. I teach yoga classes that help you move your body to release tightness and tension, dissolve away stress and give you the opportunity to relax. You will be assured a very warm welcome at my classes, which are all suitable for beginners and those who have practised yoga before.

I teach different types of yoga classes so there is something for everyone. Each of my classes gives you a complete experience of yoga. More than just a fitness class, yoga is a workout for the body, mind and soul with breathwork, mindfulness, movement and rest. Everyone is welcome - come along and try out a class and start your yoga journey with me.

What I Offer

Yoga Classes

I teach different styles of yoga classes in Coalville and nearby areas - at local community venues. Everyone is welcome in my classes including complete beginners and there’s a choice of classes to suit you: whether you want to build strength and flexibility in Yoga Flow, prefer to stay seated in Chair Yoga, need to chill-out in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, prefer a Gentle Yoga class or are looking for yoga designed especially to support and empower women through their life, including the journey through menopause.

Yoga Retreats, Workshops & Events

I love teaching events, workshops and yoga retreats in Leicestershire and offer these throughout the year to give you space to completely let go and unwind. You will leave these events feeling refreshed, de-stressed and revived. Spring and Summer bring outdoor yoga classes and yoga in the woods to unite my love of nature with my teaching, and giving you opportunity to connect with the natural world.

Private Yoga Classes

One-to-one yoga or private yoga sessions are ideal if you would like personalised guidance to help you develop your yoga practice in the comfort of your own home. They are ideal if you are a yoga beginner looking to learn the basics, or if you have mobility or health issues and need detailed advice and teaching to help you practice safely and comfortably. I also teach small group yoga and even hen do yoga.

Workplace Yoga

Looking after the wellbeing of your employees is a top priority in our modern world. Workplace yoga or office yoga offers excellent benefits for your staff or colleagues. What better way to support your team than with time away from their screens or day job, learning to move their bodies, control their breathing to feel calmer, and focus their minds. I offer workplace yoga in the East Midlands to suit your budget and requirements.

  • Yoga with Emma is always an enjoyable experience. You receive the warmest welcome and immediately feel at ease by Emma’s kind and caring manner… The class itself flows with ease as you are soothed through each routine and ends with a feeling that your body and mind has been recharged.

  • I’m new to yoga and am loving my weekly class with Emma. She’s a natural teacher! she has a way of explaining each pose so it’s easy to understand and follow. She adapts moves for everyone’s ability and each week is varied.

  • I absolutely love this yoga class. Emma is so welcoming and very professional. She has a way of making you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door and is so informative with each pose adapting it in different ways so everyone can do them. Going to yoga every week has made me so much more relaxed and less stressed

  • Emma's session are wonderful. I am overweight with very stiff joints and body, but find the sessions gentle and not extremely demanding so just know I will be building strength without the risk of hurting myself. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with a soft playlist in the background that is right up my alley. Emma is engaged throughout and at hand if you need any help

  • I started yoga with Emma about 2 years ago on medical advice and I got hooked. Emma is a calm and caring instructor that looks at each client's individual needs and adapts all of her asanas throughout the session to suit. She also tends to bring a sense of humour to the sessions as well which makes everyone feel at ease. My balance and flexibility have certainly improved since attending Emma's classes.
